Internet Connection Speed:

Date & Time:
Dont know anymore - am stuck since last summer. Finished Wotg storyline inbetween to see if that resolves the issue, but it doesnt.
Frequency:
Always - cannot continue with storyline no matter what I try.

World:
Fenrir
Main Job:

Support Job:

Area and Coordinates:
Southern San d'Oria
Party or Solo:
Solo
NPC Name:
None
Monster Name:
None
Steps:
While in the beginning of WotG storyline (Past "Cait Sith" but not much further in), I played the Rhapsodies of Vana'diel storyline. When I reached "Ganged Up On", I zoned to South San d'Oria and a cutscene with Lilisette started. Zoning was via homepoint warp. During the cutscene I got disconnected. After relogging, I was unable to restart the cutscene by re-zoning (tried Homepoint, zoning in from East Ronfaure (S)). I was on none of the missions / quests that are blocking the cutscene from happening. Clicks on the ??? on any maw (Batalia, Sauromugue, Rolanberry) does not give any response - entering the maws also does not initiate anything. A GM looked at my situation at that time confirming it was a bug, suggesting me to write a bug report in this forum.
I then continued the WotG storyline and hoped, it would solve the issue, as the cutscene is not needed when WotG is completed. Still I do not get any responses by clicking on either of the ??? at the maws or by using the maws. Examining the Ornate Door in Walk of Echoes also does not help.
Current mission in Rhapsodies log: "Ganged Up On"
Current mission WotG: Lest We Forget
Quests marked as completed: Champions of the Dawn & A Forbidden Reunion
What you were doing when the issue occurred. (Example: Battle, mission, quest, crafting, synthesis, etc.)
