I have used the Nexus Cape on 2 different characters, yesterday and today, both times the cape is used and I stay in place. Party leader is in La Theine Plateau and I'm in beginning cities everything should work fine - but it doesn't.
Update - 4/12/20156 Tried again to use the cape from Bastok Mines to party leader in East Sarutabaruta. The cape was used - time reset - but stayed in Bastok.
What more information do you need? This cape worked for years but since last update it does not.
