Adjust his spawn to be like that of other Lottery Spawn NMs. Allowing him to spawn around the clock, instead of the current spawn of only during the time of 1800-0600 in game. This would open up a higher availability to obtain his drop, Taffeta Cloth.
Not gonna lie, camping that for the 12 cloths I needed to cap 110 smithing a couple years back was a bit of a nightmare, but.
It is a ghost, it fits the lore etc, even though ph's are up 24/7.
