Currently im 0/3012 sabar shot and 0/2312 opal silk. I know its spouse to be rare an a challenge to acquire the Ebisu fishing rod but any adjustments to the rareness of receiving these items from the Inside the Belly Quest would be great for all fishers that are still trying to get this rod or any other items from the Quest for that matter

+1 for this, I love fishing, but its so frustrating at times dealing with GP limits per day, slow skill ups even with the ring effect on, GP fish you gotta go all over the world for, then to get the second best rod you have to spend some serious cash or time/moats to obtain it, and then you gotta fish up a random amount of 2 really hard to catch fish for the best rod.

Inside the belly is a good idea in general, but maybe there should be an increased percentage to get an item from a type of fish, the more fish you trade to him without getting the item that comes from it.

So maybe the first fish you trade has a 20% chance for item (i dont know what item to use as example so i'm just going to use generic numbers as example) , you get no item, second fish then has generic 20% + 1/n% chance for item, third is 20% + 2/n%, 4th is 20% + 3/n%, until you get the item, then it resets to the default 20%.

n can be a variable based on how rare you want the item to be, and could be different for each fish, so for something like a gug and lik, it would maybe be 100 or 200, so each 100 or 200 fish you turn in adds 1% to get the item, or maybe it would just be easier to have N be the same for each fish, maybe something around 20-50 would be good, every 50 fish adding 1% would be good.

Having a base estimated % of 0.6% for lik to drop item, and people saying it usually takes 1000 or so fish to get item, if you added 1% every 50 fish, after 1000 fish you'd still only have a 20.6% chance to get the item, if you want it to be rarer than that, 1% every 100 fish makes it 10.6% per fish, 1% every 200 fish makes it 5.6% per fish after 1000.

But then again, just raising the base % might work too, but I like my idea of adding % over time based on the # of fish you have all ready turned in.
