Please Add a Method of Automatically earning Potpourri

The goblin in Reisenjima would most likely be used more if we weren't forced to run to the goblin every time we wanted to exchange merits. Is it possible to create a method of switching from earning merits from exping to earning potpourri in the same vein as when experience points cap to earning merit points?
