I started a new account last month. I got my 30 day free trial that I got screwed out of because the server was down for over half of it. Now I cant login because it says I owe $30???!?!?!?!
What the hell is going on? Can someone help me out?

all 3 abyssea add on's + security token cost?
I don't think they have bundled abyssea with the anniversary (all expansion) packs yet.

I bought the expansions already and Ive had the token for a while... they charge me twice fro the expansions? that would suck.

Abyssea is $9.99 for each expansion. Billing of expansions is usually delayed until the billing maintenance, so it should have showed up right about the 2nd of April. I'd say that's likely what charge hit you.
Also, they bill for April, and then reverse the charge a short while later.

yeah.. looks like 3 X 9.99=29.97 for the add-ons. You get billed for the add-ons in the next billing cycle that hits after you activate them.

oh ok... so they didnt charge me when I bought them? Im gonna have to look into this.

they only run the charges once a month (at first of the month) and include everything you did for the previous month (activated add-ons) and charge for your upcoming month of play (you are in free trial, so no fee for April). Think even my token was done that way, even though it was actually purchased/sent from a third party.
