Stuck on Rhapsodies of Vana'diel mission 2-3 "Call to Serve"

This happen when my inventory was full, and when the CS was over npc couldnt give me the Cipher Of Prishe's Alter Ego II. Now im stuck at this mission anyone have any idea please let me know thanks.

and yes im on The Last Verse of "Chain of Promathia"

You probably have to locate one of those resume points, which will automatically give you Prishe II's alter ego. Normally you need the Trust to advance. Additionally, you may want to fill out their template properly if you don't want to get moved to "Not Enough Information" in the future.
