Hello,

I contacted a GM in-game, and I was told to create a post here in this section of the forum. I have 4 characters on my account. Three of the four received the Mog Pell (Red) from the adventurer appreciation campaign, however, my main character (Jonah) did not receive the Mog Pell (Red). Could you please send me this item? That would resolve the issue.

Was your main character (Jonah) activated on a payment during the required time periods (June 1, 2015 - July 31, 2015/September 1, 2015 - October 31, 2015)?

Also, when filling a bug report, you need to put the required information posted in the sticky post. Otherwise it will just be moved to insufficient information.
