Honestly, I've been watching what has been added/altered for the low level player (that's me) and I've seen the work that is coming, the new features and attention given to fixing old problems.. honestly, it reminds me of what the FFXIV team have been doing.

And I applaud you Square Enix.

I think this Roadmap would've saved alot of customers in the past. This is, I think, the second time they've done it. Given that this is all subject to change, I think just this simple chart will ease the minds of a lot of people. Since all they've done in the past few years is build up the game (WOTG, Campaign battle, Abyssea, VNM's, Trials of the Magians), I guess it's not enough for some to come to the conclusion that is what they will continue to do.
