Staging points issue - HELP!

A friend just got all of her Staging Points. They show up in her Search >>> Area menu, but.................She is unable to use any except Halvung for assaults. The message she gets when trying to use any others is "you have not yet opened the way", or something like that. I have asked if she spoke to the BLU NPC at the end of each run and used the Runic Portal to return to WG. Answer yes to both questions. There is a small area of doubt here because her b/f dual boxed her through some if not all. My only other thought is there is a glitch somewhere. Can anyone else offer any insight or have any clues? Also, if she does them again and still cannot use them, can GM's reset?Thanks everyone in advance.:)

Can she teleport to them using the Runic Portal Use Permit? If you have an Assault mission open you can only teleport to the mission staging point. Have your friend cancel any assault missions that are active and get a Permit and see if they can teleport.

Thanks! I will remember that in future. She re-did them though and now they work perfectly. :)
