Strange Lag

[Daywhite]

Over the past 2 days or so i have been experiencing some lag for some reason... Tested my connection, everything is fine there, i only lag in ffxi with r0ing and sometimes R1000-R2500.

Anyone else experiencing this lag?
(also no i am not downloading or running torrents etc)
