Crawlers Nest Weather

My wife has been trying to complete the first piece of blackmage af gear which needs a bag of seeds from an elemental in Crawlers Nest. She has been down there for 3 days and there hasn't been a single weather during that time. Her and I have been watching her character almost constantly during that time checking for weather while she waits down there and nothing.
this isn't the first time she has been unable to complete a AF quest in this game now as these bugs are getting out of hand.

one can only look through those spectacles so many times and see Sunny, Cloudy with sun so many times before you snap them in half -.- she's at 74hrs of waiting in the zone for weather to show up now.
