It'll start at 10pm HST on the 9th for you as they listed midnight tonight starting the new day the 10th for pst.

Well yes that is normally the case as HST is 2hrs behind PST, but they list it incorrectly on their page, Wednesday is Dec 9. The event I suspect starts Dec 10, which is THURSDAY. There is discrepancy between the day and the date.
