Oseem not showing your stone count and not giving option to retrieve stones

NPC Oseem in Norg that is in charge of the stones that come from the new zone Reisenjima does NOT show the same number of stones that your Currency 2. The NPC tells me I have 0 of any of the stones but according to the Currency 2 option and it tells me differently. Also Oseem does not give you the option to return stones that you have traded into him
