Did not receive Destrier Beret/Chocobo Shirt code

Hi!

Found out FFXI Ultimate collection seekers edition was on sale at Square Enix Store. Made an account and got to play yesterday. I really like the game despite its age.

I was under the impression that if you buy the ultimate collection seekers edition, you get a code for the Destrier Beret and the Chocobo Shirt code and redeem it, but I haven't received any code in regards to the bonus items.

Does the SE store not give these codes anymore or did something happen that I don't know about?

This happened to me a while ago when I purchased a new code (was going to make a new account for the fun of the it). I do not know why, but there was no code for either item included, which I found to be disappointing. I sent an email inquiry to SE's support desk, and never got a response. I'm still laughing at the "We respond with 48 hours" part. But really, these items aren't as amazing as use they used to be, mostly because leveling is so amazingly fast now. With that being said, i am not entirely sure the one on the SE store actually says it comes with a redemption code for those two items.

I am glad that you are enjoying the game though. I do feel inclined to warn you, do not expect much from their customer service or help. ever since I have started to play FFXI, the customer support has been atrocious.
