Hi SE,
Will vanity items or costume items or special furnishings be made more accessible to NA players? It appears that certain versions of this product will give a player 5 green mog pells, 1 gold mog pell and 1 rainbow pell. The rainbow pell gives many items only available by specially purchased items (FFXI pen set, key chains, or any product offering a redeemable item-code).

Would it be possible to introduce these items or perhaps rainbow pells in a future login campaign?
With respect to balancing the expectations of various players, it only seems fair to make these items equally obtainable by all players, regardless of geographical location. I understand that the cost of localization may be too high (either financially or as a resource constraint), but it would be nice to put NA and JP players on equally footing when it comes to obtaining vanity items, costume items, furnishings, etc.
