Ilvl 119 is fine, but you're going to want accuracy gear. You're also going to want to consider food. This isn't a zone you can just waltz in in sparks gear and expect to succeed. :P

Day #3 and i cant fight one of these mobs due to heavily camped and lag

i have seen pld skilling up solo on these during day time...
