Being mage whilst have trusts out.

Whilst being on a mage with trusts. Is very hard curing, and or buffing them while having all the macro change. The best that can be done. is making so many macro like so
"/ma "cure III" <p0> ~ /ma "cure III <p5>"
Is it possible to make all Trusts like summoner's pet or like beast pet.
for those who aren't familiarize with those jobs.
SMN: If the mob attacks main character, let's call him bob.
The Summon will start attacking bob's Enemy, and then bob can stop running and start attacking the fiend.
BST: The charmed Crab, or jugged crab will not attack unless it is sent to attack.
There are also command to Attack, Stop, heel and use their abilities.

Would be nice to have a system where the trust would be categorized like Blue mage spells.
Looking for trusts as been a nightmare ever since we got over 50.
it would be nice to be able to put them into either By jobs , by names or by types
