Not quite sure my last attempt as this topic was moved to Insufficient Information when it has the same amount of information as other topics on this issue, but trying again I guess....
Platform: Windows
ISP: Cox Cable
Type of Internet Connection: Cable
Internet Connection Speed: 40Mbps
Date & Time: August 21st, 2015, Between 7:00 PM and 9:15 PM PST
Frequency: Always
Character Name: Scythiroth
Race: HumeM
World: Asura
Main Job: Beastmaster 99
Support Job: Dancer 49
Area and Coordinates: Jugner Forest, somewhere around (J-6)
Party or Solo: Solo
NPC Name: None
Monster Name: I don't think I was fighting an enemy at the time of the disconnection.
Steps:
1. I was camping an NM and was disconnected from the game a few times (Asura was having server issues at the time).
2. After one of the disconnections I started to receive the error: "FFXI-3202. Your character data may be damaged. Please contact PlayOnline support services."
3. This error occurs only on this character and not the other character that is on this same account.
4. I have tried file checks and reinstalls of the game and playing the game on an entirely different computer as suggested by contacting customer support a few times about this issue.

I could really use some help with this issue since I, and others, can't even play the game at all. It would be great if a simple character rollback of some sort so the players with this issue could actually play this game that we are paying for.
This error has now been happening for over 2 months. There are two topics about this error sitting in accepted bugs with no responses indicating that this issue is even being looked into. I have contacted customer support many times and they cannot do anything to help.
There was also a topic in the Technical Support section of this forum that was moved to Resolved Issues incorrectly, since this issue is not resolved. I have made another topic there trying to get some sort of attention to fixing this and am now trying to make another topic here as well.
I have tried to be patient with this error but this is now 2+ months of me paying for the game and being unable to play it which has made me quite frustrated with this support. I am not quite understanding why players being unable to play the game they are paying for has remained an issue for this long with no responses from anyone.
We are approaching 3 months now with no response or additional information on this issue. You may not care about a few people quitting the game over this, but I am no longer going to be paying for a game that refuses to let me play it. It would be really great if this could be fixed as soon as possible since I'd like to actually be able to complete the story of a game I've enjoyed for all of these years.
