Remove the requirement to enter dynamis for now

The requirements aren't really that hard to fulfill in order to get to the later zones. I suppose these days it might be a bit more difficult with less people running Dynamis. I don't believe removing the requirements would help though. We'll have to see what the new Dynamis has to offer.

The Devs never said they were removing the Relic from the zones. So I would assume yes.

Relic isnt going any where they clearly stated in the dynamis update notes that relic armor drop rates are going to remain the same so you are still going to be able to obtain relic armor read the notes! lol!
