Robel-Akbel won't cast!!

I'm wondering if anyone else has had this problem with Robel-Akbel. Basically there are times when I summon him and he'll sit there meleeing with a full pool of mp and won't cast a single spell. While I have yet to notice any of the other trust magic casters do this, Robel-Akbel definitely has a problem with this.

Robel-Akbel stops casting spells if he is top of the enmity list.. only condition I know of that stops him from casting.

Sounds like he mighta bugged/glitched.. try a resummon see if it changes?

Yeah, resummoning him works, but only sometimes. There have been times were he wouldn't cast from the moment I summon him in a full trust npc pt.

He won't cast if he knows he will get a full resist. There seems to be a magic acc check for him.
