Promathia Missions: Three Path-The Pursuit of Paradise (Tenzen's Path)

Currently I'm doing this mission on my second character I've done every single Pre-rec and I've done each path over just to make sure I'm not missing anything. This morning after the update I wanted to see if probably the bug got fixed but unfortunately it still hasn't been fixed. Every time I go talk to Cid and select the "Find Selh'teus" from his quest log it says Tenzen is in La Theine Plateau at G-6 click the ???. So I teleport to holla and I walk up to G-6 where the ??? is located and I receive no cut scene at all. Then I go back to Cid just to double check the quest is activated and once again he gives the same mission out again and it asks me to select a path and I choose "Find Selh'teus" one more time and every time I do the same thing I get no cut scene. Please help out here I've been stuck on this for a week and I'm getting tired of running back and forth and getting no where I want to get done with these missions!!
