Rhapsodies of Vana'diel Mission: "Ganged Up On" will not complete and progress

Steps:
1. I completed the Rhapsodies of Vana'diel Mission: "Ganged Up On", but my inventory was full so I could not the "Cipher: Lisette" item.

2. After multiple zoning and re-logging, the mission will not finish and I am still not getting the item.

The sparkly white spots by where you go to get cutscenes are there to give you the items if you inventory was full. Check those spots, I believe there's on in the past nation, and you should get the cipher.
