PM8-5 Dawn - should I finish Zilart missions before continuing?

I did all of the things on ffxiclopedia for Dawn. But, I am still on Zilart missions. Should I finish Zilart missons before doing the missions that that site says follow dawn: Storms of fate and Tango with a tracker? I ask because another page shows "The last verse" following PM8-5 which it says is ZM18 and PM8-5.

You literally cannot proceed onto Storms of Fate until you finish the RotZ missions, as that is the questline that ties the two expansions together. Other quests unlocked via completing Dawn are unrelated to the RotZ storyline however.
