An Ultimate vorseal suggesion

Considering some of the vorseals added requires completion of certain missions and quests, what if there could be an ultimate one that unlocks when you complete all missions (before or after Rhapsodies of Vana'diel), quests (Mythic and Ergon related quests excluded), and Records of Eminence objectives?
