Mission Whispers of Dawn (WotG 47) - don't have cutscene

NPC Name: Veridical Conflux

Steps:
RoV mission "Somber Dreams", fight done.
WotG mission "Whispers of Dawn", fight done too.

Now i need to check "Veridical Conflux" in Grauberg (S), but no cutscene... i only have the option: " Warp to the Walk of Echoes?" "Proceed." or "Not yet. ..."

Can't finish WotG & RoV missions...

Edit 16/09/15 : problem solved with september update :) Will be able to finish WotG and RoV missions !

10 days i'm trying to call a GM, but no answer :(

Well hope they solve it for you soon as my no cutscene on a Alienware 18 Laptop-PC with upgraded windows 10 Pro has to do with the Rhapsodies of Vana'diel Missions. The mission in question is "Ever Forward" where my x2 characters clicked on the Aht Urhgan Whitegate Palace Door but never received a cutscene, nothing not even an indication that it was happening, just a bare no reaction to clicking on the door but upon logging into the game the next day then zoning into my home nation for a cs in which I presumed to be the next cs in continuing on in the missions 2nd story-lines as if I completed the previous mission cs even though i'm still not sure how I was able to progress without meeting the requirements in nothing happening at all by clicking on the Palace gate? Mainly I'd loved to of watched that cs in sequence with the story-line myself..

Need some insight on this from the dev's as to what may of occurred in allowing this to happen? Thanks!

Did you remove your weapons/shield before clicking on the veridical conflux?
According to FFXIclopedia, this is required to prompt the cutscene for WotG Mission 47: Whispers of Dawn. Afterwards, you must zone from Grauberg (S) to town/home point/wherever and back into Grauberg (S) when the game day changes (still w/ weapons/shield unequipped) to proceed w/ a cutscene for WotG Mission 48: A Dreamy Interlude for another cutscene when you click on the conflux again

As for Somber Dreams, after you complete the fight, you click on the ??? for a brief cutscene before entering Walk of Echoes for a cutscene w/ Lilisette and Cait Sith. (degearing not required for this cutscene)
