The quest "Breaking the ice" in Kamihr Drifts is softlocking the game. After trading the requisite items to the npc, it brings me into a cutscene which then gets stuck in a black screen. Menus cannot be accessed, and no abilities can be activated, as per usual in a cut scene but it never loads, forcing me to hard close the game. Relogging and talking to the quest npc again only results in getting stuck in the cutscene.
This mission is vital to continued exploration as the "Fragmenting" reward is required to access the rest of the area and places beyond.
