The display of time remaining on status icons

Would like some clarification on the display of time remaining on status icons. Does the display of time remaining on status icons, also include the timers on focustarget? Or is it just the timers on our own status icons?

Yes but that applies to SELF, I want to know if we'll be able to see of the recast timers of others. IE when I'm brd I would like to see the time remaining of the songs that I've applied to others, as with complex party setups I sometimes have to keep track of some 24 different songs.

Considering how tiny their status display shows up..it's possible but I'm not sure.

The timer feature was created so that it only applies to status icons on your character. We currently have no plans to expand on the system to display timers for other party members.
