Rhapsodies of Vanadiel Mission 2-2 ..... Bug?

Currently i am playing the Rhapsodies of Vanadiel Mission 2-2 where the part i have to go to the palace in Jeuno H-7 to trigger a CS..... the mission is so simple however nothing triggering, am i missing something? am i facing a bug? or am i involving in a someway in a different mission that preventing me to trigger the CS in the Palace?

Tenzen will not be available if you are currently undertaking one of the following Chains of Promathia missions.

Desire of Emptiness / The Warrior’s Path / Garden of Antiquity / When Angels Fall / Dawn

* In Dawn, Tenzen is unavailable until viewing the cutscene for The Chains Fall Free in Lufaise Meadows.

I see you are on Dawn, did you get the final CS in Lufaise Meadows?

If it's not that then I'm stumped I'm afraid.
