Blurred knife +1 typos?

Is Blurred Knife +1 really supposed to have theese stats:
Dmg 123, Delay 240, Acc +15, Magic atk bonus + 14, Magic dmg +130,
Magic acc + 201, Sword skill????? + 242, Parrying skill + 242, Fast cast +10

This seems to me like its supposed to be for blurred sword +1 and not dagger.

Also. add effect haste isnt listed. Neither is occ atk twice. I know add eff haste is still on it but not sure about occ atk twice.

My questions are: Is Occ atk twice on it still?
Are the stats supposed to be like this

After spending 40 mill on the dagger before it changed I would feel cheated by SE if it changed to not have Occ atk twice etc.
