Possible on any occasion. But most annoying when not playing full screen.
For example:
The to use "Windows Key" + TAB to switch application is not possible when FFXI is focused. Alt + TAB however does work.
Also things like Ctrl + Shift + ESC don't work when FFXI has focus.
However with Windows 10 and the use of "multiple desktops" (Win + D and Win + Arrow Keys) it is becoming more and more inconvenient that you can't use these while playing, especially if you want to look some stuff up while playing.
Could this restriction on key-input please be removed (at least when not full-screen) ?
