Question on Rhapsodies Chapter 2

It sounds to me like to progress through the new Rhapsodies content, I have to get to a certain point in the various expansion content. The question is this: Do I need to 100% complete the storyline missions for each expansion or just to a certain point (and if to a certain point, what is that point?)?
