New battle content not job friendly for all

I spent an entire day trying join a event and was denied every time: Sinister Reign, Eschan NM's and other fights that require a party. The DD slot have been taken over with Beastmaster roll. I am a DD DRG, THF and RNG I do not have BST and i am sure there are others who are having this issue where they cannot join fun event because of their job of choice. BST didn't bother me too much on how power full they have become spamming 10~30k DMG every minute or less but now its gotten to the point where they are taking over the game. Something need to be done make other jobs equally as powerfull.

I have tried making my own party, yelling for an hour or so. That's part of "Join an event". I have been playing sense 2003, this issue has becoming more and more a problem. I would not even bother with this forum post if it wasn't a serious issue.

This is how it's been forever, and not for lack of trying. There will ALWAYS be a bandwagon DD job. I saw RNG and THF on your list. Those were bandwagon DD jobs in the recent past.

Problem is you're putting all your eggs into one basket. It's always been harder for DD jobs to get into parties because of supply and demand. There's just so many more of them.

I have MNK, WHM, BLM, BRD, PLD, SAM, and WAR (plus some other jobs I have levelled but not geared). MNK was my first job and is my favorite for going out solo and kicking some butt. Yet I never take it to events. I'm always WHM, BLM, or BRD. People need more of those jobs and they are harder to find.

It's definitely easier to get a group for things if you have all your bases covered. I have RDM, COR, BLM, THF, and RNG. Between these five jobs I can almost always find a group. If I had to rely on THF and RNG alone I would get about 20% of the events that I get with other types of jobs available.

Today i again tried do events , seen many /yells and even in my LS. Every one /yelling for BST, getting 3~4 BST possible COR , WHM and PLD. 3~4 of the same job in one event is unfair to other jobs, they can free or 1~2 spots for other DD or support but they don't and won't.
I ask to join an event in my LS and they said looking for BST or they just ignore me and do a /yell for one. "i have 700~ JP, with 100+ different gear for my job"

I did "/sea all" on my server and this is what i found:

Sever total: 1099 online

As you can see BST takes up 14.6% of serve population Vs. the other pet jobs combine total of 3.4%.
For the non magic melee's / DD War-Mnk-Rng-Drk-Sam-Dnc-Thf, Their combine total is 21.3%, THF being 9.9% of that.
Bst does 5~10 times more DMG than any of these jobs. This needs to stop and give other if not all jobs a fair chance as well.
Some people don't have the Time, Gil or Item space to gear BST let alone another job. If they did probably 80% of the Sever would be BST. This is a Role Playing Game RPG freedom to chose your roll, not be forced into a roll you don't want play just to advance forward.

Square Enix isn't forcing you into anything. Nor should they be blamed for the stupidity of other people that don't realize there are other ways to do things than just throw BST at it. It sounds like the people on your server don't even bother to read the forums on BlueGartr that have shown other possible ways to complete the content.
