Switched nations to complete city storylines doing both Sandoria and Windurst. Upon doing The Emissary mission I encountered a Rhapsodies related custscene in Heaven's Tower that reset my Rhapsodies progress back to The Path Untraveled.
Had to redo missions to catch up to August update.
