Writing this on behalf of a friend.
He recently received a permanent ban and would like to request more information.
He tried to contact the Customer Support centre but the person he found there was unable to give him any information (he told him he doesn't get access to any information at all)
What can my friend do to speak with someone able to give some detailed information on his situation?
