Improve of Sanction bonus

Long time since FFXI introduce Evas and Def bonus on signet and sigil over EM and below monster,
which it make a lot more comfort to fight EM mob and below. Anyways this bonus is not apply to sanction on ToU area. Which it make it's still pain to solo even DC mob in this area. Is it possible to apply the same bonus of signet to sanction? Thank you~

For me, ToAU areas are unattractive due to lack of FoV, which given the recent change to 'as much as you can eat' means I see little point soloing in non-original areas while FoVs can still be done.

If they did that and the change you're asking for as well then the birds may well have something to fear once more. :)
