log in problems

anyone else have problems trying to log in to playonline?

i have been trying to play for over 2 hours now, got online once for about 10 minutes and then got disconnected. and have now missed out on getting login points.

I've had this problem since lastnight, I got disconnected around 1:30am GMT and have been unable to login since, it just times out at various stages. I did manage to log a mule in but as soon as I went to character select I lost connection to the lobby server and now I'm back at square one again.

All I get now is PoL Code - 0011 when trying to login to playonline.

I logged in 1 character fine after a bit of a struggle but my other character just gets stuck at downloading data before getting error FFXI-3100

My hubby and I both dc'd and now can't log back in. Looked like half the server was having issues.
