AF1/AF2/AF3 Gear Question

Hello, I am beginning to work on my RDM gear again and wanted some advice. I love the look of RDM gear and want to only keep it to the new reformed AF selections. Is there any set that would be better then the other sets by a great margin? I was thinking of mixing and matching them but not sure if my time would be better to work on all AF3 instead of the other pieces from AF1 or 2. Please keep in mind I do not do much with endgame and I primarily play older content.

As for stats I am not sure what would be better, to focus on enfeebling magic skill or magic accuracy?

For enfeebling I use Relic Hat 119, Empy Body 119, Empy Gloves 119, Empy Pants 119, Bird WKR Boots. Also depending on the enfeeble if potency doesn't matter, Empy Hat 119, AF Body 119, and Relic Boots 119. After that I aim for at least 500 Enfeebling Skill and then will out the rest gear with the best MAcc gear available.
