Developer suggestion The lost avatars

With siren now introduced, a idea came to me. Square could give summoner 6 new avatars and call them lost avatars. Basically these 6 lost avatars would be like ifrit, shiva, garuda, leviathan, titan, ramuh as an alternate choice.

Here is a example of how this would work

Bahamut zero would be the 2nd fire avatar to ifrit.
Siren would be the 2nd wind avatar to garuda.
Ixion would be the 2nd thunder avatar to ramuh.

-Because the previous avatars have low level bloodpacts, there is no reason why the new avatars need bloodpacts below level 60. They would have tier 4 nukes like the primes.

-Each lost avatar would only need 3-4 new pacts which isn’t very much to think about

-Each lost avatar would have the same astral flow as the prime avatars. Ifrit uses inferno, bahamut neo uses terraflare, both do aoe fire damage.

-The lost avatars will share the group 2 merits with the prime avatars. When you merit ifrit’s meteor strike, you’ll be also meriting bahamut neo’s gigaflare. The damage is the same in the end.

people want something new! Not recycled! but the truth is...

At this point in the game, as many years as this game has gone on, I don’t think the developers are going to get on board with anything that requires starting from scratch. So long as we get a few new things out of the deal I don’t have a problem with getting recycled toys. We all do not want more avatars like odin and alex. We want more like caith sith.

-Siren is cool but it looks like the developers remodeled garuda… and we do not have a problem with that!

-Let’s face it square are never going to give summoner the avatar bahamut, but luckily there is more than 1 bahamut in the final fantasy universe. So take diabolos and remodel him to look like bahamut from final fantasy 9!

-although ixion was never identified as avatar, he was never not said to be 1. Don’t you want to run around outside with a avatar horse!?

The only question is what lost avatar’s would there be for earth, water, and ice?

While I doubt the devs would get to this idea (not that I would be against additional avatars, I just don't think that they'll end up putting manpower towards it when it seems like they've got the last few major updates planned out), I might as well contribute.

I feel like Bahamut ZERO/Neo Bahamut would be bad as a fire-elemental avatar. Their attacks are primarily non-elemental rather than fire-elemental. You could maybe draw from FF12's pool, though, and pull Belias as a fire alternate.

Water, you could either pull FF6's Bismarck or FF12's Famfrit.
Earth, FF6's Terrato/Midgarsormr, Golem (various games), FF8's Brothers, FF12's Haschmal,.
Ice... Shiva is a staple aside from FF12's Mateus, I suppose.
Wind, Siren as you mentioned (though FF8's Siren is closer to Water), FF8's Pandemonium, FF12's Chaos, perhaps argue for FF10's Valefor as a wind element?
Fire, I mentioned Belias, Phoenix is an option.
Thunder, could do Ixion as you mentioned, FF8's Quetzecoatl, FF12's Adrammelech.

What I'd really like to see is some multi-element Avatars. Not as good at specialized elements, but with much more variety for a range of situations. Something like FF6's Tritoch/Valigarmanda, FF7's Kujata, etc.

I would love more avatars. But look at how long Cait Sith and Atomos took. Not happening, sadly.

personally, I am just hoping they give us Siren as it seemed to be implied that we will. Siren has always existed and has a different aspect then Garuda.
