Steps:
1. As a naked lvl 99 Smn my avatars cost 15 MP per tick without favor. Naked with favor they cost 18.
2. Putting on -perp gear such as Gridarvor, Beckoner's Body and Glyphic Horn reduces perp by -14, which gives a positive 1 mp per tick without favor. (Due to refresh job trait)
3. Activate favor, perp stays the same, does not increase as it should, I still gain 1 MP per tick with only -14 perp. (No refresh gear was used at all during testing)
4. This was tested with all the avatars that have a base 15 perp cost. All seem to be affected.
5. Friend was able to recreate the same issue on his smn also. (Shadowflame of Bismark)
