Blood Rage Effect Job Points state Ranged Crit Attacks

This is what the job point category for "Blood Rage effect" on warrior says in the English client: "Increases the critical hit rate of ranged attacks while under the effect of Blood Rage." but from what I'm being told, on the Japanese client, it is for regular attacks, not ranged.
