We just fought Ouryu on Normal, myself and Yoel of Sylph and after the fight, we got our 2 papers and a pluton case each, but there was no treasure pool.
NPC's Used: Sakura, Moogle, Koru-Moru, Karaha-Buruha.
When the fight ended there simply was no treasure pool.
