I recently dealt with [GM]Caedramir concerning an item restore issue I've been having.
I just wanted to comment here that Caedramir was very kind and easy to deal with. Good service from him/her all around.

If I get the requested item back I will of course be overjoyed, but Caedramir was just easy to deal with. 10/10

They should have linked you to the customer survey at the conclusion of the conversation, if they did I hope you filled it out, as the support team is probably more likely to see that than this :)

But, +1 awesome for the good support story. I know they get a bad rap sometimes, but (most of) my experiences have been very positive.
