I wanted to say ty Square for the xp boost we receive in the new xp ring.
I'm a Old returning player that have chars in another server and have done everything up to Abbysea. ( no seekers )

The other day i was thinking of buying the ultimate edition and do all the main quests again, but was fearing starting from 0 and leveling to lv 99 the jobs that i never played.

In some servers is easy because people still do abbysea and gov burns, but on other servers we pretty much solo all the way to 99 and that is boring.

With this new ring and all the existing xp rings the grind outside of abbysea is accesible and also we get to re-live OLD CAMPS and remember all those fond memories we have. without the pain we had.

So i just bought the ultimate edition and started my leveling outside of abbysea and i'm actually enjoying it.

And at the same time doing the main quests not worrying about xp bonus campaigns ending soon

Note that they doubled the base EXP monsters are worth in the December 2013 update, so Even Match became worth 200 EXP instead of 100. That means with the new 150% boost ring, it's now 500 EXP for an Even Match. We're at essentially 500% EXP versus when the game launched, and you can boost it higher with RoV key items and Corsairs. +90% (or +180% of old EXP rates) from RoV and +24% (48% versus old rates) from Corsair can lead to 728 EXP from an Even Match at level 1. It goes even higher as you level. People on BlueGartr are posting tens of thousands of EXP from a single kill, aka more than a merit point per kill.
