i was expecting more difficult regular mobs... not all these easy prey and too weak on which we get barely any Silts so everyone in the group has to farm 1000+ so they can fight 1 NM.... this takes roughly an hour with everyone spamming mobs right now and generally sucks. please give us VT+ camps or something

abyssea was actually fun though, this has me banging my head against a wall as to why they didnt make the mobs harder or make more silts drop at least

Rhapsodies of Vanadiel May content is aimed at level 60-75. August content is aimed at level 99, and November content is expected to be aimed at level 119. They said as much about the difficulty scaling of RoV in the Freshly Picked video after its announcement.

Remember, they are expecting a bunch of players returning that left when 75 was the cap, or just after the cap was raised. They also want new players to be able to get into it.

New and returning players will have a hard time getting into it when veteran players want silt and a single player can clear a camp with ease. I see the current design leading to a lot of frustration.

I'm waiting a little bit with the whole Escha thing, as it stands now at least on the more populated servers, farming silt is a gruesome undertaking due to the sheer lack of higher level mobs and the abundance of players out to bring the local wildlife to the point of extinction.

Too bad I can't say what I'm thinking about the OP because I'd get banned if I did.

Of course it not gonna be much difficult since its not even aimed for lv99 players, yet.
Though I did a little grinding on the efts and got very nice exp and cap per kill :)

Part of the problem is the sheer limited number of mobs combine with the fact that you actually will make significantly less in a party than just you and some trust buddies especially if you have some ilvl diff going on. Which leads to a dozen people killing everything in sight with trusts and hardly anyone teaming up pulling anything they can even when they see someone else on it until a random nm spawns and stomps them . One thing I suggest is completely eliminate the lvl/ilvl difference penalty and vastly decrease the xp share penalty so it would actually be a good idea for people to party. Would effectively increase the number of camps
