We previously announced that we had resolved PlayOnline login difficulties preventing users from logging in from around May 13, 2015 3:33 (PDT). However, now users may be unable to log in after receiving error "pol-1160" during a Version Check when trying to log in to PlayOnline and FINAL FANTASY XI.
We are continuing to investigate and resolve this issue, and we ask for your patience and understanding as we resolve this in a timely manner.
