3.try the spell in east or west ronfaure.
problem= no spell in list magic trust or otherwise and command line doesnt work either.

an additional note, i tried the quest on mule today, my mule is lvl13 red mage and done virtually nothing with it other than mule. the quest worked fine for this character. i did everything exactly the same.
