Server transfer not working

Hi all,

I recently purchased a server transfer (over 24 hours ago) but my character logon screen is still taking me to my old server.

I have checked my server status in my Account Management page and that lists my new server and yet i'm still only able to login to my old server in-game.

I would suggest that server transfer is already overpriced, but if it doesn't even work? I have sent in a support ticket to which i have received no response to yet. Looking up information on this issue notes that in-game GM's may be able to help but i don't have 12 hours a day to sit in-game waiting for a GM to respond.

There were no clear guidelines when purchasing the server transfer which noted there may be a delay, all the notes mentioned that once the purchase was complete I would just need to log out of the game and log back in, which is obviously not the case.

Anyone else have the same issue? And if so, is there anything i can do to speed up the process?

To update;

Managed to get hold of Square-Enix support centre who have advised that they "have no control over in-game options" and that I would need to speak to a GM.

Spent another 3 hours waiting for GM response lastnight with nothing.

This is hopeless!! I've also been advised that they have no ability to provide a refund.

All I can advice is indeed waiting for a GM to come back to you unfortunately.
Had a few friends on the exact same boat and only an in game GM could help them.
