In the next updates will you guys at SE address the favoritism at the forums and in tech support between the Japenese players and the rest of your players? Japenese forums get real live tech support responding on there while English forum don't even get responses. Also how about billing people for the free month of April and for locking people out of the game for the last 5 days with no content IDs? Theres nothing on the Japenese forums that says anything about those problems. So either everyone over on the Japenese forums is holding their tongue, which is against human nature, or none of these problems are happening to them.
So will the next update include better support for non Japanese players or is everyone else just going to continue to be a second class citizen to your Japanese players?

Just on a side note even if your guys don't care about your non Japanese players you must care about their money and that money is going to go away if you keep on screwing them over.

I agree with you all the way.

after looking in tech support, I don't see any special responses, they seem more trying to crowd control the NAs rather any other language supported on the forums.

The favoritism on the forums is just a carry over from in-game behavior. SE has always given their Japanese players first crack at everything, why change now? I have never been happy about it, but I have come to expect it. It is just a shame that they developed a game that was dependent upon player interaction and co-operation, yet seem to encourage racial separation between the Japanese and all other groups.

JP is their native tongue after all...so probly easier for them to respond. NA and EU have to go thorugh translation and what not, and the bulk of the mods are working on a different time table then the dev team so there is also a bit of lag in there.

Also....the JP forums seem to be a little more civil and organized in general, so there is less "crowd control" consuming the mod's time as well.
