Failing to start mission the sixth ministry

I finished 6-2 Saintly invitation yesterday. When I go to a gate guard, attempting to trade crystals does nothing (they are not traded). If I talk to the gate guard, she says the available missions are a testing time and written in the stars, both of which I have already completed.

Am I being blocked by something? I finished the final S.O.B quest.

Oh... you trade crystals to the gate guard who casts signet on you and receive missions from the guard at the other side. I've started the mission.
